5. Program Enrollment and Payment

5.1 Enrollment

Program enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment for any reason.

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before program commencement unless otherwise agreed
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
  • Corporate clients may arrange payment terms upon approval

5.3 Refund Policy

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before program start: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
  • Cancellations 7-14 days before program start: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before program start: No refund
  • We may provide refunds at our discretion for exceptional circumstances
  • Program transfers to future dates may be available subject to availability

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our programs, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are owned by Pinnacle Leadership Academy or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our materials for personal, educational purposes in connection with enrolled programs. This licence does not permit:

  • Reproduction or distribution of materials
  • Commercial use without written permission
  • Modification or creation of derivative works
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others

9.1 Attendance

Regular attendance is essential for program success. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Excessive absences may result in program dismissal without refund.

9.2 Behaviour Standards

All participants must maintain professional behaviour and respect for fellow participants and facilitators. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards.

9.3 Confidentiality

Participants may share personal experiences and business information during programs. All participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared by others.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10.2 Educational Nature

Our programs provide educational content and guidance but do not guarantee specific business outcomes or career advancement. Results depend on individual application and circumstances.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Leadership Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pinnacle Leadership Academy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.
